A complete lead-to-close operating system for a 20-person agency, replacing spreadsheets with a centralized Hub.

The Challenge
The agency was growing fast, but their "system" consisted of five different Google Sheets and a chaotic email inbox. Agents were forgetting to follow up with leads, contracts were being generated manually (taking 20+ minutes each), and the CEO had zero visibility into who was performing well.

The Solution
We built a bespoke CRM in Airtable, linked to a Softr client portal for agents to view their leads on mobile. We used Make (Integromat) to handle the heavy lifting of document generation.
