Writers were submitting drafts via Google Docs, Editors were giving feedback in Slack, and the Social Media team never knew when an article was actually live. Assets were getting lost, and deadlines were consistently missed.

The Solution

We built a "Mission Control" in Airtable. Writers submit drafts via a form, which creates a card on the Kanban board. As the card moves effectively through "Edit", "Review", and "Ready", automated Slack notifications keep the right people informed.
